If the client provides the hotel with written notice of their request to cancel or postpone the event with a minimum of 14* business days before the scheduled arrival date, then the client is eligible to utilize eligible fees as a one-time credit towards a future event. (*the notice period for cancelling or rescheduling may be different based on the size of the event, subject to each participating hotel’s terms and conditions).
– Credit can be used for events booked and held before June 30, 2021 at the same hotel initially contracted.
– Exclusions:
– The value of the following services will not be eligible for event credit: AV rental, external equipment, flowers.

– Credit is valid for a single transaction only, and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full.
– Blackout dates may apply.
– The number of event attendees can be reduced, free of charge, by 10% per day, up to arrival. This attrition change cannot be combined with any other reduction or attrition clauses specified in already existing contractual agreements.
– If an event attendee is a no-show on the day of arrival, and when cancellation is not made in writing within the specified cancellation period, the booked room will be charged to the event organizer at 100% of the contractually agreed price.
– Eligible bookings can be made with: 1.) hotel M&E department, 2.) group sales desk, 3.) third-party bookers.
– Offer is commissionable.
