On Saturday, 18th January, join us for The First Supper, a candlelight dinner at Carstens Brasserie with live music to kick off an unforgettable year of celebrations.

Held as part of Hotelnacht 2025, this special evening marks the start of our anniversary celebrations. As Amsterdam’s first hotel with electric lighting, we’ll celebrate under the warm candlelight warm glow with a menu inspired by the decades, bringing the flavours of history to life.
